North Texas safety Logan Wilson commits to Cincinnati
Cincinnati picked up their second transfer portal addition of the day in 5'10" 170-pound North Texas safety Logan Wilson.

Wilson finished his junior season with 61 tackles, two fumble recoveries, an interception, and three pass deflections. His 62 tackles were fourth most on the team this past season.
After originally committing to Kansas State in 2019, the Dallas native spent one season at ULM, where he played four games. Wilson sat out the 2021 season to satisfy the NCAA's transfer guidelines as a second time transfer and then had 51 tackles and two interceptions during the 2022 season.
Wilson has a unique story.
He was rated an 86 coming out of high school with offers from Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, and Rutgers, among others. After leaving Kansas State, he chose to leave Louisiana-Monroe and go back to Texas to be closer to family.
Wilson accepted a walk-on offer and worked his way to a scholarship following the pre-season practices. He was eventually named an All-Conference USA honorable mention selection at the end of the season.
He comes to Cincinnati with two years of eligibility remaining and should make an immediate impact on the locker room as a high character guy that is ready to come in and work.
