Kentucky transfer defensive back Jordan Robinson commits to Cincinnati

Cincinnati added to their defensive back room on Thursday afternoon with the commitment of Kentucky transfer defensive back, Jordan Robinson.

During his redshirt-sophomore season, Robinson appeared in 11 games with one start at Tennessee. He finished the season with 13 tackles, 0.5 TFL and two pass breakups.

Robinson, a Columbia (SC) native, was originally a wide receiver before converting to the defensive back position prior to his senior season. At 6-foot-4 208 pounds, Robinson adds depth and has length and size to play multiple positions in Tyson Veidt's 3-5-3 scheme.

Robinson comes to Cincinnati with two years of eligibility remaining after stops at Kentucky and Division II Livingston College.
