Cincinnati Bolsters Roster with Three More Portal Additions

Scott Satterfield and his staff have added three more key additions to their 2025 roster following the commitment of two more players from the transfer portal.

The first of the two to commit was 6'5" 200-pound Lindenwood wide receiver, Jeff Caldwell.

Caldwell, a Louisville native, finished the 2024 season with 53 receptions, 1,032 yards, and 11 touchdowns in 12 games. A big play specialist, Caldwell averaged 19.5 yards per reception during his junior season and garnered interest from the likes of Georgia Tech, Kansas, Louisville, Oklahoma State, and UCF, among others, after entering the transfer portal.

For his career, Caldwell comes to Cincinnati having 93 receptions, 1,772 yards, and 23 touchdowns. Caldwell is the third receiver added to Cincinnati's portal haul, joining Colorado State transfer Caleb Goodie, and Texas A&M transfer Cyrus Allen, who originally committed to Tulane prior to flipping to Cincinnati.

Allen arrives at Cincinnati after posting 269 yards and one touchdown on 18 receptions. During his freshman and sophomore seasons at Louisiana Tech, Allen secured 68 catches for 1,278 yards and eight touchdowns.

UC also secured their kicker for the 2025 season with the addition of Charlotte kicker Stephen Rusnak.

Rusnak was a perfect 11-for-11 on field goal attempts with a long of 54 yards while also making all 25 of his extra point attempts during the 2024 season.

Rusnack was widely regarded as one of the top kickers in the transfer portal.

The last of the portal additions on Tuesday was 6'8" 295-pound offensive tackle Nolan Latulippe.

Latulippe was a Phil Steele Freshman First Team All American during his 2023 season with Albany. During his two years with Albany, Latulippe started 27 games.

A Canada native, Latulippe give Coach Cardwell more size and length at the tackle position as Cincinnati tries to catch up with the rest of the Big 12 from a physical standpoint.
